All our fitness classes, lane swims, leisure swims and gym activities will be available in EZ Facility. All program additions and adjustments will reflect therein. Please see the current program schedule for your branch below:

Book Your Workout

Login into your EZ Facility account to pre-book your workout. If you are registered for a program and that is being cancelled, you will receive an e-mail update regarding the cancellation. Members who are not registered may not be aware of any cancellations. Programs offerings may be adjusted, please review the schedule regularly.

In addition, we are also offering a range of virtual Health & Fitness programs.

Program Descriptions

Aquafit provides a shallow or deep water cardio workout, designed to increase your heart rate and get you moving.

YMCA Arriba is a high energy dance-based fitness party where we focus on the 4 basic Latin rhythms—Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton—with a splash of Dance, Bollywood, Belly Dance, Hip Hop and any other rhythm you can move your hips and feet to!

Train like a dancer in this ballet-inspired fusion class that mixes Pilates, ballet, and muscle conditioning. You can use a chair or a wall for a little additional balance support as you move through moves designed to work the body from head to pointed toe.

Get the body moving and the heart pumping. Each class offers a different, but always fun, challenge, combining a range of high-intensity aerobic and body-weight exercises.

With a combination of aerobic interval and weight training, Circuit Training is designed to build cardiovascular strength and burn calories. It focuses on balance, speed, endurance and strength.

You will be encouraged to challenge yourself in order to improve your cardiovascular system, muscular strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, endurance and accuracy true challenging workouts.

This class is designed to strengthen your core muscles, including those located in your abdomen, back and pelvis. Core Fusion will help you develop the much-needed strength in your core muscles key in preventing back pain, stress, weakness and fatigue.

Cyclefit is designed to build cardiovascular strength and burn calories. Each participant can control his or her own intensity. The instructor uses music and instructional cycling techniques to guide participants through all types of terrain: flat roads, hills, rough trails, interval drills and more.

With a combination of low impact cardiovascular aerobics, Gentlefit targets large muscle groups in order to build endurance and muscle strength.  It is designed to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, balance and strength to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence.

This class is ideal for those new to exercise, with joint problems or limited mobility.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training program that will increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance, combined with strength training exercises designed to tone your full body, while burning calories. It includes low to moderate intensity intervals alternated with high intensity intervals.

Using body weight, dumbbells and accessories, your certified instructor will guide you through moves designed to condition all your major muscle groups.

Strength Training features a variety of exercises, including squats, lunges, curls and presses, targeting upper body, lower body and core, using a combination of free weights, bands and body weight exercises to develop general, full-body strength.

TotalFit is a fitness class that combines 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of total body strength and 15 minutes of floor-based exercises to strengthen the thighs, glutes and core.

Based on traditional yoga postures and focuses on mind-body awareness, strength, flexibility, breathing and relaxation techniques.  Designed to provide increased flexibility, strength and overall wellness.
