Racquetball & Squash Courts

Our Walker Family YMCA, Niagara Falls YMCA and Fort Erie E.J. Freeland YMCA locations have racquetball and squash courts. Equipment is available to rent at the membership desk.

Kid Fit

Kid Fit Cardio
This circuit based program will focus on cardiovascular endurance and strength. Obstacle courses allow children to engage in activities that help improve their hearts and lungs. These fun circuits are designed to enhance fundamental movement skills and improve stamina. In a setting where play is encouraged, the Kid Fit Cardio program sets the tone for an active, healthy lifestyle.

Kid Fit Yoga
With a focus on strength, endurance and flexibility, this program will enhance physical literacy; increasing body awareness, balance, coordination, and concentration. Incorporating music and stories will spark imagination. Kid Fit Yoga helps to increase self-awareness, body control, and boost self-esteem.

Martial Arts

Learn grappling, sparring and throw techniques to develop self-defense skills while building self confidence and respect for yourself and others. Registration is required. Please visit the membership desk to register.

Open Gym

During open gym times members can sign out basketballs, volleyballs and soccer balls for use. Open gym time is shared with other members and may include multiple activities. Please note equipment may vary from branch to branch.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a double’s badminton court with similar net to tennis, wooden paddles and a smaller wiffle ball.
