Youth Recreational - Registered

Leader Corps
Build and expand your leadership skills and roles by taking part in Leader Corps or Jr. Leaders. These programs involve games, activities and events that focus on leadership, team work, trust, co-operation, volunteer involvement, and fun. It's a great way to meet new friends and take part in activities that will build personal growth.

Youth Fit and Youth Strength Training (ages 10 - 15 years)
Get involved in fitness activities under the guidance of our fitness staff.
Youth Fitness Orientations
This orientation is required for youth members 13 to 15 years to work out in the
Fitness Centre. Instruction on how to use the equipment, safety and weightroom etiquette is included in this orientation. Orientations are done by appointment and are required prior to being granted full membership privileges.

Child Recreational - Open Access

Open Access Programs for children 3 and up allow members to participate in fun, active programs of their choice, at their convenience. Children are required to bring their membership card to each program and will be signed in and out by their parent/guardian. It is recommended that children arrive at the program when it begins to ensure their spot in the program. There will be access limits for the programs.
Family - Open Access
Family programs are designed to encourage parent and child interaction in a fun and safe environment. Members may participate at any time; registration is not required. Please note not all programs run year round.
Family Swims
Children and parents can enjoy time together in the pool. Parents must be in the pool participating with their children. Please see the pool schedule for family and open member swim times.
Family Fitness Participate in fun, fitness activities with your child.
Family Yoga Fitness and Baby Yoga Fitness offer yoga based activities for you and your child.
Walk and Run with Me
(6+ years)
Families may participate on the track when children are directly supervised by parents (within arm's reach).
Sunday 1:00-4:30pm
Family Basketball
Promotes family interaction in a safe environment. Children must be accompanied by a parent of guardian. Nets may be lowered upon request.
