Parties are held at our Healthy Kids Centre location - 360 Niagara Street across from Laura Secord High School. Please use the double doors under the green awning.
Party themes are programmed for ages 3-12 years and are 1.5 hours in length consisting of 45 minutes of chosen themed activity followed by 45 minutes of birthday celebration. Theme options include You're the Chef, Fitness Frenzy or Zumbatomic® .
You're the Chef Theme: Children get into the kitchen and have the chance to prepare their own age-appropriate birthday feast! Menu themes include Birthday Fiesta, Fruity Feast or Pizza Party Bash.
Fitness Frenzy Theme: Children have a blast doing obstacles courses, circuits and games that keep them active and having fun.
Zumbatomic®: “Sure chillin out is cool but rockin out is a blast!” Children participate in a fast forward fusion of the Zumba program moves, designed to let them max out on fun and fitness all at the same time.
Party hosts may arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time to decorate for the birthday celebration. Birthday celebration includes birthday cake, juice/water and meal (2 slices of pizza per child for Fitness Frenzy party or chosen menu option for You're the Chef - warm tortillas for Birthday Fiesta; pizza for Pizza Party Bash). Party hosts are welcome to bring additional snacks.
Parties are available on various Saturdays 12:30-2:00pm or 2:30-4:00pm and Sundays 12:30-2:00pm or 2:30-4:00pm
Booking information
Please contact the YMCA welcome desk at 905-934-9622 to book your party. Cost of the party includes 10 children and unlimited number of adults [minimum 1 adult is required]. Additional children are welcome for an additional fee.
You're the Chef Theme $170; each additional child is $16
Fitness Frenzy Theme $150; each additional child is $14
Zumbatomic® Theme $220; each additional child is $15
Full payment is required at time of booking [including total number of additional children]. Cancellations can be made by fax, email or in person a minimum of 15 business days before the scheduled date of the party. Cancellations made less than 15 business days before the scheduled date of the party will be refunded less an administration fee of 35%. Cancellations will not be refunded within 7 business days before the scheduled date of the party. All refunds will be mailed within 14 business days of submission.
