You will be asked questions related to your supervisor and top executives. Top Executives are defined as General Managers, Vice Presidents, and our CEO.
**Please be honest and candid. Your completed online survey will be submitted directly to Aon Hewitt. No one from YMCA of Niagara will see your individual responses. You must log on to the website and submit your completed survey no later than Sunday April 30.
How to enter your name into the Incentive Draw:
When you have completed the survey, you will view a screen that looks like this.
You need to take a screen shot or print off this page from the survey.
To enter your name in the draw, you will email the screen shot or scan the printed page, along with your full name and department/location to email@example.com.
The sooner you submit your email, the better. For example, if you make your submission during the first week of the survey, you will be eligible for all three draws.
